Offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains, Monte Pego is a popular destination for people looking for a quiet area with plenty of nature yet close to the liveliness. If you are looking for a luxury flat in Monte Pego, this is the ideal place for you.
We completely renovated our luxury flat in Monte Pego (municipality of Denia and Pego) in 2022 and it is now a wonderful place to enjoy your holidays. Located in a wonderful location with beautiful views, a flat where everything is new and fully equipped in one of the most beautiful parts of Spain between Alicante and Valencia. Besides enjoying your stay in the luxury flat in Monte Pego, there are plenty of activities to do in the neighbourhood and there are several bases, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. In front of the door you can play midget golf and there is a table tennis table. At the entrance to Monte Pego you can play tennis or padel. And by car you can reach the OlivaNova or La Sella Golf Club in (Jesus Pobre / Denia) in 15 minutes.
Monte Pego borders the Marjal nature reserve (which has not yet been discovered by mass tourism) with even a real hot spring, where you can swim all year round in water of 22 to 23 degrees! And a few kilometres away is the famous Montgó natural park, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the area and go hiking and climbing. Denia's vibrant nightlife and marina are also just a 15-minute drive away.

The kitchen

The spacious bright kitchen is the eye-catcher of the house. The kitchen is handle-less and finished in white and olive wood with a sand-coloured stone top, this is a beautiful contemporary kitchen you will enjoy during your holiday.
Of course, every imaginable appliance is available. With a dishwasher, spacious fridge-freezer, a combination oven with microwave function, an extractor hood and a ceramic 4-burner hob, you have all the appliances you could want.
In addition, lots of extras such as a kettle, filter coffee machine, dolce gusto machine, kettle, electric juicer and so on.
There is plenty of storage space in the cupboards and crockery, cutlery and all other desirable items are also lavishly provided. You will therefore find everything you need for a comfortable holiday here.
The living room

A lovely corner sofa is waiting for you to relax after a day out, day at the beach or whatever you did.
Here you can (post-)enjoy a good book or watch Netflix on the spacious light-blue lounge sofa. Surely this gives the ultimate Mediterranean atmosphere that comes with a holiday on the Costa Blanca. If it is too hot or too cold, turn on the air conditioning.
In the TV cabinet under the Smart TV there is also a folder with all the descriptions and information about the house and its surroundings.
From the living room you can walk straight onto the spacious balcony through the sliding doors.
The bedrooms

If you are looking for a luxury flat in Monte Pego, of course you will want to have fine bedrooms. The two bedrooms will meet all requirements of comfort for your holiday or long stay. Just as you would expect from a luxury flat.
A good night's sleep is important during your holiday, hence the luxury box springs, equipped with an extra topper. You will sleep well and comfortably here.
In both bedrooms you have a spacious wardrobe with both enough space to put and hang clothes.
If it is too cold or too hot, both bedrooms have their own air conditioning, which you can set to your preferred temperature.
In addition, you can darken the window completely with the window shutter and/or use the curtains.
All beds are made for you on arrival.
The master bedroom
The attractive master bedroom has a spacious double (king-size) box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and equipped with a comfortable topper.
The 2nd bedroom
The second bedroom has 2 single box-spring beds measuring 80 x 200 cm and equipped with a comfortable topper.
The cupboard in this bedroom also contains the camp bed and high chair, as well as (board) games and toys.
The bathroom

If you are looking for a luxury flat in Monte Pego, of course you will want to have a luxurious bathroom. The bathroom will meet all requirements of comfort for your holiday or long stay. Just as you would expect from a luxury flat.
The flat has 1 bathroom but offers you everything you want.
There is a spacious walk-in shower, a towel rail, a hanging toilet, a luxurious wall unit and a mirror with built-in LED lighting.
In the shower, you have a rain shower and a hand shower with a thermostatic tap. The walk-in shower is fitted with a galzen wall and black steel, and the taps and fittings are also black. The tiles throughout the bathroom are Mediterranean-style, matching the flat's ambience.
The wall unit has a spacious sink and a cabinet with 2 drawers. The drawer also holds the hairdryer. The mirror above it has built-in LED lighting. The bathroom also has a window to let in the healthy Spanish fresh air.
Towels are provided for you. There is a washing machine for when you want to wash in between meals. This is in a room next to the bathroom as is the boiler, ironing board, iron and any other conveniences you might want.
Outdoor space: private balcony and communal garden

If you are looking for a luxury flat in Monte Pego, you will naturally want to have a nice spot outside. The flat has a spacious balcony and, in addition, there are several seating areas in the complex. So you will always have a lovely spot in the sun or just in the shade.
Piso Monte Pego has a spacious private balcony. A lovely spot, where the sun appears in the afternoon for much of the year. There is a lovely lounge area, two chairs and a space for grilling. A nice place to recover from a day out and relax with a good book and a glass of juice or just enjoy your first cup of coffee of the day with a delicious croissant.
Surrounding the apartment complex is a communal and well-maintained garden with various seating areas and benches for your use. The garden around the swimming pool is also accessible.
The swimming pool and the sun terrace by the pool are open from mid-June to mid-September. The bar (with a small menu and sandwich service) by the swimming pool does open all seasons, as does the restaurant. The restaurant offers a takeaway option in addition to the set menu (with speciality grilled meat and paellas from the wood fire) and from Tuesday to Friday they offer a 2-course choice menu for €14.95 (price level Oct 2023).

The flat can accommodate 4 people (2 bedrooms) and possibly a baby/toddler. A cot and highchair are available in the apartment.
Everything is new, including the stylish kitchen equipped with everything you need. The interior of our luxury flat in Monte Pego is totally contemporary, we have a new tiled floor that looks like a wooden floor. This floor has been tiled in a non-slip version on the spacious balcony. With a cosy round wooden table and a lovely spacious corner sofa in the living room, you will definitely feel at home. The Smart TV offers options for an evening of Netflix on the couch. And of course, there is WiFi throughout the flat.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also a separate room with the washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, etc.
Towels, tea towels, beach towels and bed linen are included in the price and are included in the all-inclusive costs, as are electricity and electricity, this also applies to winter visitors.
Of course, you also have air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The terrace is spacious, equipped with a spacious lounge sofa, 2 chairs and a bbq/grill.
The flat is part of a complex. The swimming pool includes a sunbathing area and sun terrace with free sun loungers. There are also water toys. The very spacious pool is guarded by a lifeguard during opening hours and is open from 15 June to 15 September. Near the pool is also a bar with restaurant and terrace. The bar is equipped with various games such as snooker, table football and darts and there is a small menu, they serve breakfast and have fresh bread rolls. The bar is open throughout the year.
In the surrounding garden there is a children's playground with slide, sandpit, swing etc, a grassy meadow, where you can also sunbathe, a mini-golf course and a table tennis table. Besides the pool bar, there is a (new) restaurant Bellavista Monte Pego with a fantastic outdoor terrace. They specialise in paellas and grilled meats, whose preparation you can watch from the terrace.
The flat is on the first floor. It is accessible via a wide and easily walkable staircase. We have a private parking space and, in addition, plenty of parking space for visitors or a 2nd car.
Long-term rent is possible from mid-September to May. The minimum rental period is one week.

Monte Pego and surroundings
Monte Pego is a beautiful mountain in the region of Valencia, Spain. From the top of the mountain, you have breathtaking views of the Mediterranean coastline and surrounding mountains. The area around Monte Pego also offers plenty of tourist attractions, including beautiful beaches, natural parks and historical sites.
At the foot of Monte Pego you will find the Marjal de Pego-Oliva Natural Park, where you can enjoy hiking and cycling through the beautiful landscape and discover local wildlife. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away. Other popular activities in the area include visiting the historic town of Denia with its old castle atop the hill in the centre of town (and known for its gastronomy and contemporary restaurants) and exploring and sampling the culture of Valencia and Alicante (both an hour's drive away).
With its combination of beautiful nature, rich history and vibrant culture, Monte Pego and its surroundings is definitely worth a visit for tourists.
